Just wanted to thank you again for all the time & effort you put into helping us find our new home. As I write this we are spending our 1stChristmas in our new home, what a wonderful gift.
Since we live 200 miles away and were not always able to visit every listing we were interested in, you were always willing to go the extra mile, literally! I don’t know anyone else who would have driven anywhere in Maricopa or Pinal County to check out homes I had seen online, take pictures & give us their honest opinion of the home’s location & condition. You listened to what we stated as our wish list, understood that we had a budget and did not try to sell us something that did not fit our needs.
Every time we met with you, we never felt like you had bigger & better “fish to fry”. We always were made to feel like we were your first priority and that meant a lot to us. Please feel free to use us as a referral anytime.

I always knew that buying my first home could be a difficult process. The market has been really rough, and homes aren’t not in great condition anymore. However I was not prepared for the AC unit, the dishwasher and the stove to be stolen after my offer was accepted. Scott was very patient and caring. He took the time to explain the process and the reasoning to me; sometimes more than once. He put in countless hours to make sure things were done in a manner that was fair to myself. I have to say, I was continually impressed with his efforts through the whole process, and his knowledge in buying a H.U.D home and his willingness to stick with something till he got a response! I’m so thankful to Scott and his family for the afterhours and early morning meetings he put in to get me my OWN home! A sincere THANK YOU to Scott! He truly has become a friend in the business!
