My Home Finder Service gives you access to inside information normally available only to real estate agents and industry insiders. From the privacy of your own home, you can study, compare, and drive by the properties. When you find a Home you’d like to see, all you need to do is pick up the phone, give me a call, and I'll make the arrangements to pre-view the property at your convenience!

Home Finding Expectations

• I will send you lists of Homes, w/Pictures, that match what you are looking for
• This will help you learn the area, current prices, and get a feel for the market
• Plan a visit to AZ (there are plenty of Hotels or Rentals available)
• I will pick you up to view the homes YOU WANT to see
• We will view between 6-10 homes each day (the more homes you view, the more they tend to look a lot alike!)
• I am available during the week and on weekends from 9a - 6p (appointments are preferred)

A - Yes, you can purchase either or both!

A - Yes, you can purchase multiple properties, however, if you will be obtaining loans, check with your lender as they may have restrictions.

Q - How long do people usually look at homes before they buy?
A - This varies depending on the individual and their time frames - it can be from just a week or two to several months. You set the pace ... when you're completely comfortable with what you're seeing, the timing will be right!
